To match our sales growth in EMEA region, we are recruiting a Business Developing Manager/Sales Coordinator to support our sales agents along several countries in EMEA.

Responsibilities:

As a member of our sales team you will be coordinating and supporting a sales team on composed by a network of more than 20 independent sales agents in different countries along EMEA and the US. Your mission is to coordinate this heterogeneous sales team, providing sales support and achieve their business goals, interacting with other company’s departments as required to support the team. This position will report to the VP Sales. We are looking for young people, with excellent customer facing skills with strong pre-sales and problem solving skills, and with a high sense of negotiation, and with the ambition to grow and thrive in a young and growing company with a very creative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in IT/Networking/Voice Business Development, Pre-Sales or Sales.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Capacity to solve problems and ability to interact with other company departments to solve specific requests.
• Superior communication skills.
• Must have very good oral communication skills (English and Portuguese)
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively prioritize workload and handle various duties simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Fluent in English.
• Autonomy, flexibility and versatility.

To match our sales growth, we are expanding our technical support capacity with the addition of a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer.

As a member of our technical sales team. You will be working with leading-edge technology in the converged voice, data and IT systems field, supporting the sales team through every stage of the sales cycle from initial customer demonstrations, solutions analysis and design, technical training, proof of concept deployments, right through to assisting the engineering staff of channel partners with final installations. It is anticipated that there will be a need for occasional foreign travel.

The ideal candidate will have an academic degree in engineering and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role with exposure to LAN and WAN networking technologies, VoIP. We are looking for excellent customer facing skills with strong technical and problem solving skills, and with a high sense of customer service, and who wants to thrive in a young and growing company with a very creative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.

• Strong technical understanding of UNIX command line environment and networking configuration / troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of the following: Linux, VoIP, IP-PBX, SMTP, DNS, VPN, Security.
• Strong Troubleshooting and analytical skills.

We are looking for a creative UI Engineer to complement our existing development team in Coimbra. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in a similar role, pro-active and an ambitious attitude. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing company.

Responsabilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for a Linux based network appliance server.

• Design and develop web-based tools with consistent look-and-feel

• Develop usability test. Design and conduct front end analysis.

• Provide design recommendations.

Competences:

Design and implementation of network enhancements to a Linux-based appliance server.

• Working experience in design and development of web-based UI for networking products.

• Background in Network administration.

• Proficiency in networking concepts – HTTP, SMB, SMTP, DNS, VPN, etc.

Responsibilities:

Design and validate edgeBOX's user interface, as well as general usability testing. Will work with end users and developers to determine product requirements and design details using user oriented design methodologies. Will also design and implement automated tests against web based graphical user interfaces.

Qualifications and Experience:

Engineering academic degree and relevant professional experience.

Required skills are:

• Good knowledge of general networking concepts

• Good understanding of current usability tendencies

• Strong interface design skills

• Strong understanding of prototyping with HTML and CSS

• Good communication skills, both Portuguese and English

• Good writing skills and meticulous attention to detail would be a plus

• Knowledge of task analysis, task flows, and design documentation
